You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password, it up to the individual to update their details accordingly if any of these details may change.


The use of this site (“website”) is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below which constitute an agreement between users of the site (“You”, “Your”) and THE SOLEILO STORE (“THE SOLEILO STORE", “We”, “Our”). Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order through the website indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by THE SOLEILO STORE.
THE SOLEILO STORE reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

THE SOLEILO STORE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our payment terms. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
THE SOLEILO STORE  provides goods only as a reseller to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by THE SOLEILO STORE are estimates only.
THE SOLEILO STORE will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you have provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. THE SOLEILO STORE cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly entered delivery address.
 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

THE SOLEILO STORE cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact THE SOLEILO STORE by phone or email immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details.


ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our returns policy
should there be a fault.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. THE SOLEILO STORE \ does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, THE SOLEILO STORE can accommodate order cancellations if they can be replaced with stock held by THE SOLEILO STORE.. If items have been shipped, THE SOLEILO STORE reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee. Items that are not in stock at THE SOLEILO STORE and have to be specially ordered from the Supplier's agent (Studio C Fashion Agency) cannot be cancelled.

 

LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that THE SOLEILO STORE is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site and is not liable for any losses or damage caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and no additional express warranties are made.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, THE SOLEILO STORE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. THE SOLEILO STORE
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled , THE SOLEILO STORE  shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

RETURNS POLICY for EXCHANGE

If you "change your mind" after receiving your purchase, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the original condition that you received it and we will happily exchange any full priced items for another item in stock of equal value. The following conditions also apply.
 
* Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be received from THE SOLEILO STORE
* Merchandise must be returned and received by THE SOLEILO STORE within 10 DAYS of invoice. No extension of time.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED as originally sent.
Footwear must include the original shoe box if delivered with.
* All return freight and forwarding of "exchange goods" is at the expense of the purchaser.
* A credit note can be issued expiring in 2 months from date of issue.
* Sale items will not be accepted for "change of mind".
* REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR "CHANGE OF MIND'.
 
 

RETURNS PROCESS for EXCHANGE

If for any reason you would like to return your product for exchange, please follow the simple steps below:
  1. Contact THE SOLEILO STORE by email or telephone to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).  Goods will not be accepted back without this number.
  2. Exchange goods will be accepted in person in our store if preferred.
  3. Pack the item with your invoice in a secure carton, post bag or other type approved by Australia Post. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
  4. If you are wanting to exchange boxed goods, they must be returned to THE SOLEILO STORE in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition.

          
    
     For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest you use insured registered post as THE SOLEILO STORE is not liable for lost returned parcels.

  • Once received by THE SOLEILO STORE we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange as quickly as  possible.
  • So you are kept informed, we will send you an email upon receiving your returns confirming your exchange, and how it will be processed for freight. If goods need to be ordered in, please allow approximately 14 days for the processing of your exchange. If goods are in stock, turnaround will be immediate once freight is paid by you.

    FAULTY RETURNS

  • If you have received a faulty item that you would like repaired, please contact THE SOLEILO STORE discuss the method of repair.

  • If you wish to return the faulty item, please return it by the above process. Once received back at THE SOLEILO STORE we will inspect the item to determine and /or confirm the issue.

  • We will then either: repair the goods, send an exchange or issue a refund. This is entirely at the discretion of THE SOLEILO STORE.

  • If a refund is applicable, we aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods; however most faults must be approved by the manufacturer of the garment before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, please allow approximately 14 days for the processing of your faulty return once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of all relevant details. Once the issue has been rectified by the manufacturer, we will post the item or replacement back or refund you the same day.
    If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of AUD $10 for national orders and AUD $25 for international orders only. This includes postage and packaging. Any additional cost is at your expense.
